Notes:

  1. The above rates apply for the first 12 months from start of work; fees thereafter drop to 10%, regardless of contract size, for the next 12 months, then to 5% for the next 12 months; no fees are due after 36 months for that client.

  2. The above fees apply to Consulting Partners when clients are referred to them by Consultants Exchange (i.e. "Managing Partners").

  3. Partners who work for other Partners (i.e. "Participating Partners") pay a flat 15% on a continuing basis, with no time limit. This requirement is waived if it has been longer than one year since the end of any previous project which was done for that same "Managing Partner."

  4. Managing Partners pay referral fees only on the differential billing amount when using other Partners, sub-contractors or employees via the Exchange (see details in Consulting Partner Agreement).

  5. "Consulting" is defined as any "people time" which is billed to the client, such as programming, installing hardware or software, training, etc.
